Actively undergoing the Assessment of Professional Competency with RICS to achieve MRICS status as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor.

Supun Ekanayaka holds a B.Sc. Currently, Supun serves as a Valuation Surveyor and the Manager – General Valuation & Operation at Prathap Chartered Valuation Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd. His role involves conducting property valuations for a diverse range of property types and purposes. He has been involved with different types of property inspections, data collection, market analysis, and preparing valuation reports under the guidance of Dr D. Prathapasinghe FRICS. His work primarily supports valuations for mortgage, investment, and insurance purposes, contributing to the accuracy and reliability of property assessments.
