Rashmika Rupasinghe, a Chartered Valuation Surveyor, holds a B.Sc. degree with First Class Honors in Estate Management & Valuation (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. With over 8 years of experience in real estate valuation and consultancy, she is recognized for her academic excellence and professional expertise.

Currently, she serves as Senior Manager – Corporate Valuation and Valuation Surveyor at Prathap Chartered Valuation Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd. She leads corporate valuation projects, providing strategic insights and reliable valuation services across a diverse range of sectors, including leisure, commercial, and industrial properties.

Her journey began as a Junior Valuation Surveyor, where she honed her skills in market analysis, feasibility studies, and property assessments, building a solid foundation for her current senior position.
