K. A. D. N. J. Nanayakkara is a seasoned valuation professional with over 30 years of experience in the field. A Fellow of the Institute of Valuers of Sri Lanka, he is recognized as one of the most senior valuers in the country, with extensive expertise in diverse areas of property valuation.

Mr. Nanayakkara has served as a Deputy Chief Valuer (Acting) at the Sri Lanka Government Valuation Department, where he gained in-depth knowledge of valuation practices, including Compulsory Acquisition, Estate Duty, Wealth Tax, Stamp Duty, and the preparation of assessments for rating purposes. His comprehensive experience also includes roles as a Regional Valuer, District Valuer, and Assistant District Valuer within the same department.

Currently, he serves as the Lead Consultant Valuation Surveyor for the company, where he oversees high-profile valuation projects, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with professional standards. Additionally, Mr. Nanayakkara plays a pivotal role as the Chief Supervisor for Valuation Trainees, mentoring the next generation of valuation professionals and imparting his vast knowledge and expertise.

With a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management & Valuation (Special) (Hons) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Mr. Nanayakkara’s academic and professional journey reflects his commitment to excellence in valuation.
