INTRO
- Over 12 years of experience in property valuation and estate management across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
- Currently serves as Senior Valuation Surveyor and Senior Manager – General Valuation at Prathap Chartered Valuation Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd.
- Extensive experience handling high-value valuation assignments for corporate clients, commercial banks, and financial institutions in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
- Associate Member of the Institute of Valuers Sri Lanka (AIV).
- Holds a B.Sc. (Special) Degree in Estate Management & Valuation from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
- Works under the mentorship of Dr. D. Prathapasinghe FRICS, contributing to the firm’s reputation for excellence in the valuation profession.
Dishan Madhushanka holds a B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management & Valuation (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. With over 12 years of experience in estate management and valuation, he is a member of the Institute of Valuers Sri Lanka (AIV).
Currently, Dishan serves as a Senior Valuation Surveyor and Senior Manager – General Valuation at Prathap Chartered Valuation Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd. His role involves conducting property valuations for a diverse range of property types and purposes, serving both local and international clients across Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Dishan has been involved in numerous high-profile valuations for corporate clients, commercial banks, and financial institutions. Under the direct mentorship of Dr D. Prathapasinghe FRICS, his work has helped further strengthen the firm’s reputation for excellence in property valuation.
